Q.1. Please first, share your journey of life wife with us? 

A life full of dedication, determination and devotion towards work, is exactly how I have lived the last 16 years since I founded Saya Homes. In that span, I have seen Saya Homes grow leaps and bounds. During this journey, I witnessed many ups and downs that only helped me get better and grow further in life.

Q.2. How did you come in this job/business?

Roti, Kapda aur Makaan; as the very famous quotation says are the most important three basic needs in everyone’s life. Looking at so many families that still do not live under a pakka makaan, I thought may be entering into this line of business will let me serve the society in a much better manner. Our country is currently facing a shortage of 2 crore homes and I feel that by working in this sector, I am also adding my bit towards this cause.

Q.3. What was the turning point of your life and carrier? I still look back 16 years from now when I was young and much like others as I was still trying to identify my career direction. But then while looking around; an idea stuck my mind which persuaded me to get into real estate sector. By working in this sector, somewhere I am not only running a business but providing a great social service. Choosing this field was the real turning point of my life.

Q.4. What are the achievements of your life?

Launching the very first project of Saya Homes was one of the biggest achievements of my life followed by its on-time delivery. Recently, we completed 16 years of Saya Homes inception along with launch of our latest project Saya Gold Avenue at Indirapuram.

Q.5. When did you faced bad time in your life?

No time ever spent in lifetime is bad. Every incidence that you face in life helps you to learn something which is more important for your growth. In my last 16 years of professional career I have seen a lot of struggle which has actually motivated me to work harder and smarter in life.

Q.6. What are your five weak point?

A few things about myself that I would like to change are; I work overtime until I get stressed. With so many things that I handle at once there are cases when I miss out on a few occasions.

Q.8. What is your political view ?
Politically speaking, I am a very balanced person. I personally feel that people who have opted for this profession must be left to work without any disturbance. At the same time, I also believe that it is important to have a strong administration to run the country properly with justice.

Q.9. What & Who is your strength?

I think, one of my greatest strength is that I am a Problem Solver. I have the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and I can get my work done even in the face of difficult obstacles. Apart from this, over the years, I have learnt how to be patient, innovative and charismatic.  

Q.10. Who is standing behind your success?

You become successful when you help others become successful. The entire team of Saya Homes, my family and friends has always been there with me standing throughout the journey of my success.

Q.11. where & when do you love to spend your quality time with your family?
Whenever I get a free time from my official work I love to go out on a vacation with my family to spend some quality time away from my daily official routine.

Q.12.Have you ever faced any allegation/court case/FIR?
No. We as a company believe that law is above all and thus do not break it under any circumstances. 

Q.13. In the last one question – what is Vikas bhasin?

If I have to define myself in one line then, I am a person who has a never back down attitude towards life and has a strong urge to learn and grow personally and professionally.
